Each year I do a Conference projection, but I do mine a little differently. Most prognosticators focus on each team, and what they've gained or lost and use that to determine if they'll be better or worse. I look at the exchange of talent, and then try to place how that team's new lineup compares, at each position, to the rest of the conference. Full Story...
Eastern Conference Predictions
Well, we’re four games into the season and we’ve seen a complete Jekyll and Hyde act from the Bruins. They promised to be Big and Bad, they promised an improved transition game and a more aggressive forecheck, and what we’ve seen has been a team struggling to find it’s groove.
How about switching Sturm and Lucic on Savard's wings? Can we please, please swap Ference with Hunwickon the power play? What about replacing Recchi with Sobotka or Marchand?
